Since it's just once slice of cheese every other day and a 90 pound dog I would think that would be ok, especially as a vehicle for medication (and they do love cheese)! These are just guidelines as a comparison, not necessarily things to not give your pets. Just be aware of the calories that are in these small amounts of foods that are common to give our pets as treats. As long as your dog is at a good weight and does not have pancreas problems this moderation shouldn't be a problem. I'm sure your pup will be happy to hear that. Wink
