Christy, thank you for sharing this touching video. Frankie is absolutely beautiful and I can't believe the incredible transformation he went through. Poor boy was in terrible shape... I am so glad these wonderful people saved his life and gave him a new life. The improvement seen just 10 days after his rescue was amazing. I wish there were more of these happy endings out there.
