Pet Tattoos :)

Brittany suggested a blog to show my kitty tattoo so here goes!

Three years ago my seventeen year old cat, kitty passed away I wanted to find a good way to always remember him so I got his portrait tattooed on my back two years ago.. here it is before the writing and after...

Then this past weekend I got a memorial for my dog who passed away in january at 12 years old

While I was there I also got my charlie tattooed next to kitty I know crazy right? I love it.

Amanda, I love the new Charlie tattoo! And of course you know I'm in love with kitty's tattoo, too. Love that tattoo artist - wish he wasn't so far away. I'm jealous! Looks great. What happens when more kitites steal your heart - will you have your whole back full?

Oh brother! I have no idea. It's funny. After kitty I'm like I can't do this again because it was soooo sore. It's not so much painful in the beginning but once you get all red and swollen it's tough... but then I did it again for char and I'm sittin there thinkin good lord I can't do this again but after the long 3.5 hours are over I'm like oh well that wasn't bad hahah.

Honesty I'm not sure.. dons kitty spot stole my heart 6 years ago! I dunno what I'll do for him. I said maybe in between char and kitty haha but it's tough, I dont want it to become a huge thing so it loses it's meaning ya know? Kitty was my life, my love and thats what the tattoo was... I think he sent me charlie because I couldn't get over it all until I found charlie and then it all became easier... I thought it was fair to get him done next to kitty... another cat.. I dunno. Maybe I'll just do a paw print on my other foot heh
