Ellie turned 1 year old today! Eve and Faith will also turn 1 in about 2 months.

Later I am going to bake her a birthday cake to celebrate, and have a little party.

I am having problems with my camera, so for now I will just post my favorite pic of her: Ellie, about 2 months ago.

Is ellie an agouti rat? Im having issues tryin to figure that out, because she looks a little too light to be agouti, but she doesnt really appear to be anything else either, lol

She's a blue agouti velveteen/poor rex. Blue agouti is the blue (aa gg), but with agouti instead (A/a gg)

Thanks guys.

The rats each got part of a chocolate chip muffing with creamcheese and sunflower seed "icing". Of course, all of the rats except Firmin, Andre, and Kamio wouldn't eat anything other than the creamcheese, so they got yogies.

They probably would have eaten it if I hadn't made it, but I just through some flour, brown sugar, egg, and rice milk together.

Are Andre, Firmin, and Raoul named after the Phantom of the Opera characters? That's so cute. I almost named my two new boys Phantom and Raoul.

Aye - I was honoured to be given the opportunity to name the litter (one of Ratsicles) and they were all based on Phantom characters.

There was Raoul, Andre, Firmin, Piangi, and Phantom for the boys, and Christine, Carlotta, Meg, Aminta and Elissa for the girls.
