Helicopter poop!

Remember that?

Well, Crazy has put a new twist on it. She squeezes out a poop or two every time she's on the wheel, and the centrifugal force flings it through the wheel rungs and back against the wall, where it sticks! grr

No way I'm getting an enclosed wheel now, it would soon become filled with poop, eew.

I moved the cage tonight to put it on a higher, wider table, and saw the wall behind the wheel decorated with a Picasso poop design. I was cleaning it up and placing a spare glass cutting board (backwards) behind the cage to protect the wall, grumbling and muttering about "poop-flingin' lil bitch..." and Nitram said, "Well, jeeze, it's not like she does it on purpose or something!"

Nitram defending the mice against me?? Next thing he'll be carrying them in his shirt pocket! I already know that Crazy is his favorite, BTW.

Arrgh. I've discovered that she's probably not sh*t while running, cos there are poops all over the level just below the wheel. I guess they're using the wheel as a toilet, and the poops get flung when the running starts. Now I think I should get two solid wheels and exchange them out every day. Who knows, maybe if the poop didn't drop through they'd hate that and stop being unsanitary.
