New cage advice needed...

I just found someone who is willing to give me a 30 gallon aquarium...is this big enough for three female rats? Also, I was thinking of getting a cage topper, but Martin's doesn't have any for 30 gallon tanks. Anyone know anywhere else that sells cage toppers?

IF you have the cage topper it would be fine, but just alone it is too small for 3 full grown rats. Martins can often customize cages to your specifications. Although by the time you pay for that you might as well get a regular good sized rat cage for them.

I have had several Martin's cages customized and the people who own it are SO nice and really honest, hard working people. Personalized service according to your needs. The made a cage for my Jack when he became paralyzed and even sent Jack some "housewarming gifts"...I hope they can help you too!
